Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel

This hotel boasts a prime location and friendly staff. My room was well-kept but didn't feel luxurious for the price. Still, the dining experience was quite good, especially at the restaurant.

Modernity and equipment are just ok, nothing special.

Fairly clean hotel in a modern building close to the Art Museum and the Harborfront, historical shopping district, and the casino, bars, restaurants. Magnificent location perfect to enjoy what the waterfront has to offer and brand-new rooms. Again, not far from Halifax Waterfront Pier.

The location of the hotel directly on the promenade is ingenious.

Unfortunately the hotel was totally booked out at our arrival. Instead of receiving a room with two double beds as ordered, we got a room with a king size bed for 4 persons (2 adults / 2 children). Unfortunately there were no more extra beds available. It was a somewhat uncomfortable first night in Canada!

We had a fantastic experience enjoying the clean room with a stunning harbor view and fabulously comfortable bed. the pool area was relaxing and perfect after exploring the waterfront.

The location is superb, with access to nearby attractions. The staff stand out, displaying amazing friendliness. The pool view was a good perk.

Some aspects of the room could have been cleaner, with noticeable dust on the surfaces.

the location is ideal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful & went out of their way to help us when our car rental fell through and we needed to find another car. I would come back in a heartbeat!

We normally stay here any time we are in Halifax and have great accommodations, however this time we stayed in a room with two double beds/ rather than a King- which is what we requested. The room had no window to the outside, but rather a pool side entry. I would have liked advance notice of this. I would have booked a room elsewhere.
